The Piatti Quartet joins pianist Simon Callaghan and clarinettist Peter Cigleris for an evening of English classical works and romantic quartet literature. The program features the world premiere of Joseph Cabon's Wide Ruins, Herbert Howells' Clarinet Sonata and Rhapsodic Quintet, and Tchaikovsky's First String Quartet. The performance includes a pre-concert talk by Dr. Jonathan Clinch.
