Sebastien Tellier is a French singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who has been a prominent figure in synth-pop since his 2001 debut album, "L'incroyable Vérité". Known for his blend of lo-fi electronica, new-wave pop, and piano-led cabaret, he gained wider recognition through collaborations with artists like Air and Tony Allen. His 2005 track "La Ritournelle" became a global hit, later remixed by Metronomy. In 2008, he represented France in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Divine", produced by Daft Punk's Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. Tellier is celebrated for his eccentric personality, spontaneous performances, and a unique musical style that bridges R&B tones with electronic pop.
