A danceable, nostalgic ska night.
The DekkerTones are a 9-piece ska / reggae / rocksteady / 2tone covers band, playing varied authentic ska and reggae from the late 60's Trojan and Bluebeat scene right through to the 2tone era. The DekkerTones were formed in 2013 and they include some members who have been involved in the ska scene for over 30 years. Based and playing all over the South East of England, having also played in Scotland and Germany, there’s been notable performances at the 100 Club, Gaz’s Rockin’ Blues, Skamouth, having also supported The Neville Staples Band and The Dualers at the O2 Indigo. Always with a busy schedule of gigs, producing shows that will have people up and dancing from the onset with a range of songs, bringing the energy and nostalgia flowing in equal measure - try the experience live.
