Boltcore
What started as an introduction to Drum’n’Bass quickly turned into a deeper exploration of four-to-the-floor rhythms, where I instantly felt at home. After spending 2 years DJing for small gatherings, I transitioned into music production in 2023, diving into the creative potential of a DAW. Heavily inspired by the core-energy of Makina, Techno, Gabber, Trance, and Groove, my sound blends the raw intensity of these genres with the organic textures of conventional instruments. I strive to create a distinct atmosphere, fusing punchy kicks and a bassline bouncing back to pay homage to the unmistakable essence of Makina. Key influences in shaping my artistic vision come from artists like Anetha and her boundary-pushing label Mama Told Ya, as well as Adrián Mills and the high-octane energy of his label 240 KM/H. These influences drive me to create music that combines hypnotic atmosphere, and raw, sweat-drenched energy that ignites the floor.
