May the Queen
An underground indie rock artist.
Growing up listening to legendary artists such as Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj, May the Queen's frontman Kishin Inoue's dream was to become a pop diva like Adele or Britney Spears, and to share a stage with Dua Lipa. He practiced karaoke everyday screaming Lady Gaga's killer tunes and Beyoncé's bangers (Mariah Carey if it's Xmas season). He even learned bass and guitar to impress beabadoobee or Olivia Rodrigo if he meets them someday. He also learned mixing on youtube because he is convinced he will remix Charli xcx's brat for the 30th anniversary edition. But his absolute favorite was always Billie Eilish who you can clearly hear her influence in his music. But one day, he discovered black midi and understood what's true music. So though he still enjoys new coming female pop stars such as Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter and Cloé Guidemann he chose not to become a diva like them, and chose to live the lonely wolf life of a rock musicien.
