Electropapa

electropapa is a Berlin-based producer working at the intersection of melodic high-tech minimal and techno. With more than 30 years immersed in electronic music, his sound is shaped by experience, restraint, and a deep understanding of what works on real sound systems. Rooted in minimal and techno, electropapa deliberately jumps between genres, experimenting with structure, rhythm, and texture. The common thread is always electronic at its core: mechanical, slightly quirky, and driven by sound design that feels alive rather than over-polished. Analog machines and modular thinking define his workflow, allowing tracks to evolve organically and build long-form tension. Most of his productions are functional DJ tools, designed for pressure, transitions, and sustained energy on the dancefloor. Beyond the studio, electropapa is a proud father of an independent, grown-up daughter. Grounded, focused, and seasoned. At encounters, you’ll often find him with a cigar in hand or a good Irish whiskey nearby. This project stands for curiosity over convention, structure over spectacle, and music that reveals its character over time. No shortcuts. No hype. Just controlled force.
