IRONSWORD was originally formed in 1995, slowly establishing themselves over the years, as a respected underground cult group, while considered as one of the pioneering bands in a subset genre of traditional Heavy Metal. Prior to the release of the upcoming 6th album “Wolves Beyond the Border” due in 2024, Ironsword now returns with a renewed lineup release and a 4 song EP titled “Underground”, which unveils a new chapter in the band's history. Consisting of original founding member Tann on guitars and vocals, Phill Ross on bass and Neudi on drums, the band shows no intention of straying off their trademark sound, but surprisingly manages to keep their music exciting and refreshing. “Underground” EP is the first effort of this amazing new-line up of musicians and will be released December 2023 via Alma Mater Records.
