Marianna Papamakariou

Marianna Papamakariou was born in Larnaca, Cyprus. Her love for singing started from an early age and following her graduation from high school she chose to study musicology with a specialty in pop and jazz at the State Musical Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. In 2007 she took part in the famed Thessaloniki Festival with the song titled "Ta Stolidia Mas" and in 2008 she was featured in the TV show "Rewind". She has worked with some of the biggest Greek singers including Paschalis Terzis,Zafiris Melas,Socrates Malamas,Helena Paparizou, Antipas, Despina Vandi, Giorgos Tsalikis , Christos Menidiatis and many others. Marianna Papamakariou has been a mainstay in musical television programs appearing in "Sta Tragoudia Leme Nai" and "Stin Igeia Mas Re Paidia", garnering praise for her distinct musical style and performance. In 2024 Marianna signed a recording contract with Heaven Music and released the single "Meno".
