Martyn Lenoble is best known as the bassist behind influential bands and artists like Thelonious Monster, Porno For Pyros, The Cult, Jane's Addiction, Dave Gahan, Mark Lanegan, Scott Weiland, Soulsavers, and Sarah McLachlan. A musical chameleon with deep roots in punk, rock, and alternative music, Martyn has built a career out of never playing it safe—and never staying in one lane. Now, with his first official solo release, "What I Know (If Only)," he trades distortion for mandolin and pedal steel, delivering a song steeped in Americana and old-school Country.
