Midnight Swimmers is an indie-rock band formed in London before the pandemic and now based in the Czech Republic. Their sound blends the rhythmic grooves of indie rock with pop sensibilities and melancholic ambient soundscapes. In March 2024, the band released their debut EP Oceans & Seas, which they followed up with a tour across the Czech Republic and Poland. Their music quickly drew attention, reaching the finals of the Startér competition on Radio Wave with their debut single Green Creature. In June 2025, they performed at the Rock for People festival, marking another key milestone in their growing presence on the indie scene. Shifting toward an intense, krautrock-inspired sound, the single "Storm" powerfully marks a new era for Midnight Swimmers' debut full-length album. The band has partly abandoned its London indie-rock roots, setting out instead toward a rawer and more diverse creative output shaped by its current members as a collective of songwriters.
