Moses Remax

Moses Remax are a four-piece post-punk band from Ioannina, Greece. Initially, with a different composition, the band was created in 2020 in a basement that was transformed into a rehearsal studio. There, a copy of the Holy Bible and a marketing business card from the real estate company “Remax” was enough to give inspiration to the name. They released their first songs with success, starting to gain traction from their hometown. In the summer of 2021, the members of the band changed permanently and they began writing tunes for their first album “Memorabilia”, which was released a year after. From the first day they have carried out multiple live performances, both in and outside their hometown, in Athens and Thessaloniki, with the most notable ones being their appearances in Schoolwave Festival (2023 and 2025) and Plasmata II of Onassis Stegi (2023). With the passing of time, they have experimented with their sound, which can now be described as post-punk with elements of noise rock, drawing from the pioneers of the genre in Ireland and the UK. Following the release of their album “Memorabilia”, the band continued to develop its sound through a series of singles, most notably “In Time” and “Truth in My Eyes”. Today, they present their second LP “Truth in My Eyes” which explores themes of youth and coming of age through the central idea that truth is not absolute, but shaped by the way each individual perceives and experiences the world - through their own eyes.
