Since forming in 2023, Sweet Unrest have been leaving audiences pleasantly shellshocked with timeless melodies, gut punching choruses, and relentless live energy. Flirting with disaster and thriving in their own chaos makes them hard to look away from. It’s the tension between delicate sensitivity, and furious energetic impulses that defines their sound. They are both the Sweet and the Unrest, the band have coined it Gritpop. See them every other Friday for their residency night ‘Sweet Spot’ at The Camden Eye “A constant source of joy and amazement” - Steve Lamacq Their debut physical release Falling For You / Peace of Mind, was released by No Distance Records and hit #12 on the vinyl charts in October 2024.
