Smoulder

Smoulder conjures alien worlds pockmarked by moonlit battlements. Epic blackened power doom soars alongside the haunted battle cry of a mystic swamp hag. Each tale is torn from forgotten sagas: heavy, tragic, burning bright. While their 2019 debut 'Times of Obscene Evil and Wild Daring' quickly pushed them to the forefront of epic doom metal, their 2023 follow-up 'Violent Creed of Vengeance' saw them push the limits of speed, power, and doom to fantastical heights. Now, with the impending release of 'Witch Wife in an Alien World,' Smoulder has integrated black metal from the Greek tradition - with a generous dollop of Bathory - into their sonic brew.
