Award-winning, internationally acclaimed vocalist Emma Smith returns to her home club, Ronnie Scott’s, with Doing It My Way, a thrilling new octet show celebrating the glamour, power and sophistication of the great jazz and big band tradition. Joined by an all-star lineup featuring some of London’s finest jazz musicians, Emma expands her acclaimed live sound with a horn section, bringing fresh energy and cinematic scale to classics associated with Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Mel Tormé, alongside original music and newly imagined arrangements by celebrated composer, arranger and trombonist Callum Au, created especially for this show. Winner of the 2024 Parliamentary Jazz Vocalist of the Year award and runner-up in the Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition, Emma has performed at the Royal Albert Hall and leading jazz clubs worldwide, collaborating with artists including Michael Bublé and The Quincy Jones Orchestra.
