The band’s fresh take on Jazz Fusion incorporates Soul, Funk and R&B, drawing inspiration from the likes of Snarky Puppy, Robert Glasper and Cory Henry. TUCAN represents community and togetherness, with members from across the UK and around the world. Their live performances are known for being energetic and captivating, often keeping the audience moving. Their recent project, THE NEST. VOLUME 1, reflects their creative evolution within the London Jazz scene. Every Thursday to Saturday night, Ronnie Scott’s presents the Late Late Show, featuring top UK jazz talent in a late-night session influenced by jazz-funk, soul, R&B, and hip hop, with DJ sets accompanying the live music.
