The Piano Section Semifinal of the 20th George Enescu International Competition takes place at the Romanian Athenaeum. The day is divided into two distinct sessions. The morning session features works for solo piano by George Enescu, while the afternoon session transitions to soloist performances and artistic direction with chamber orchestra accompaniment. The Romanian Radio Chamber Orchestra performs alongside the competitors, with guest concertmaster Sebastian Câșleanu. Audience members can experience the technical mastery and artistic interpretation of world-class pianists competing in this prestigious international event.
