Known for his hard bop style, he has collaborated with artists like Deniece Williams and Bobby Watson, earning a following that includes Sir Paul McCartney and the late Tony Bennett. With seven albums to his credit, Bentley has graced stages at Ronnie Scott’s and the Royal Festival Hall. For this performance, he presents his Afro-Jazz Express project, blending Afro cross-rhythms with jazz improvisation and blues influences, joined by a quartet of seasoned musicians.
