London Contemporary Music Festival (LCMF) returns to Wigmore Hall with Apartment House for a performance of Morton Feldman’s monumental five-and-a-half-hour String Quartet No. 2. A holy grail of chamber music, this single-movement work offers a slow, watchful journey through a vast sonic landscape. The performance is part of the centenary celebrations for the influential American experimental composer.
