Formed in 2015 on the London music scene, Prep is a four-piece band consisting of Tom, Llywelyn, Guillaume, and Dan. Their sound is a sophisticated blend of 1970s jazz, West Coast rock and soul, 1980s studio precision, and Japanese City Pop. Over the course of two albums and multiple EPs, including their latest release One Day in the Sun, they have developed an intuitive and intimate production style that has earned them a global following. The new EP, recorded in East Ham and Haringey, features collaborations with Taiwanese stars Sunset Rollercoaster and continues to refine their signature shiny pop sound.
