Her forthcoming album Story’s End unfolds like a hazy, cinematic narrative—songs acting as chapters that trace love, loss, fracture, and the quiet search for solace in the aftermath. Written over several years and shaped by profound personal upheaval, the record finds Taylor expanding the signature elements of her work—bell-like piano, sweeping strings, and intimate lyricism—into something more nuanced and life-affirming. Recorded between her California home studio and ARC Studios in Omaha, Story’s End features collaborations with Mike Mogis, Ben Brodin, Brad Armstrong, Conor Oberst, Nate Walcott, and others.
