Korean pianist and composer Jisu Jung brings her acclaimed project Baroque in Blue to Ronnie Scott's as part of the K-Music Festival. This performance explores the intersection of classical structure and jazz improvisation, reimagining Baroque traditions through the lens of contemporary jazz spontaneity and rhythmic energy. Jung is joined by an ensemble of classical and jazz musicians for a dialogue between composition and improvisation, featuring unique arrangements including a distinctive take on Charlie Parker's Billie's Bounce.
