A violoncello recital featuring Arne Zeller and Jacopo Giovannini as part of the Contemporary Music Days festival. The programme explores landscapes of memory and imagination through works by Mendelssohn, Frank Bridge, and Thomas Adès. It also includes the debut of Euripides Bekos' piece 'Thelxinoi', commissioned by the GNO Alternative Stage and inspired by mythical Sirens. The concert is presented in collaboration with the Budapest International Cello Competition, celebrating its 2025 Top Prize winner Arne Zeller. Curated by Ioannis Angelakis, the festival Contemporary Music Days maps contemporary musical creation across acoustic and electronic music.
