Swiss-Albanian vocalist Elina Duni and London guitarist Rob Luft bring together contemporary jazz, Balkan and Mediterranean folk traditions, and lyrical improvisation. Since meeting at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2017, they have become a standout partnership for ECM Records, touring extensively and releasing acclaimed albums like Reaching For The Moon. Their music features expressive, multilingual vocals and atmospheric guitar work, creating an intimate sound. For this performance, they are joined by bassist Tom McCredie and drummer Jay Davis. Duni, a 2025 Swiss Jazz Award winner, is known for her unique blend of folk and jazz, while Luft is a BBC New Generation Artist recognized for his original and infectious compositions.
