Bassolino is the project of Neapolitan pianist, producer, and composer Dario Bassolino. He is a prominent figure in Naples' emerging musical scene, known for a cinematic blend of jazz and psychedelic funk. His debut album, Città Futura, explores the city's musical heritage by combining elements of jazz, funk, and disco with the aesthetic of classic Italian film soundtracks.
