SMUDGE is a new event format kicking off Berlin Pride Weekend, specifically spotlighting queer, lesbian, feminist, migrant, and BIPOC communities. It brings together collectives like The Love Cruise, SLIC Unit, GOODIES, Layers Collective, and the BreakUp Club for a night of empowerment, connection, and joy. The event takes place across four indoor and outdoor areas at the Aqua-Höfe and near Ritter Butzke. The evening begins with an open-air program and a live podcast recording featuring the BreakUp Club with Ricarda Hofmann and Irina Schlauch, followed by a diverse club night featuring music across house, hip-hop, disco, RnB, and pop culture.
