Trembling / Drifting & The Sound of Difference and Connection
An underground, slow-burn classical night.
A collaborative evening featuring Solistenensemble Kaleidoskop, WhatWhy Art, and Maya Dunietz exploring contemporary music and attentive listening. The program includes the world premiere of 'Trembling / Drifting' by Seoul-based WhatWhy Art and Berlin-based Solistenensemble Kaleidoskop, which connects Korean traditional music with Western contemporary practices. The second half presents 'The Sound of Difference and Connection' by composer Maya Dunietz. This work investigates collective attention and shifting frequencies, where the ensemble performs as a living organism without a fixed hierarchy.
