Young Yakusho Koji was so handsome <3 <3 <3
Make cinema horny again. Very realistic in posing the scenario that you would absolute cheat on your partner no matter who they are and how good your relationship is for Koji Yakusho. When she left her father's funeral so that she could go and hook up with him after he was like, "I need to see you... I could be dying right now," I yelled, "girl stand UP!" while cheering her on. That was some good fucking shit. Yoshimitsu Morita really made two back-to-back absolute bangers of romantic cinema (also drastically different in subject and outlook) between this and Haru (1996).
