Following his debut album 'Voor het verdwijnt, en daarna', which explored themes of grief and loss, his newer music in 'In de verte, dit uitzicht' embraces openness, softness, and euphoria. Having performed at major festivals like Gent Jazz and Motel Mozaïque and supported acts like Alabaster dePlume and Black Country, New Road, his live performances feature guitar, clarinet, and banjo.
