A nostalgic, underground classical night.
The National Symphony Orchestra concludes its 2026 season with a grand finale at Cadogan Hall on Remembrance Sunday. Led by conductor Rimma Sushanskaya, the programme features acclaimed violinist Mathilde Milwidsky as soloist in Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto. The evening opens with the pastoral charm of Vaughan Williams' Fantasia on Greensleeves and concludes with Elgar’s Enigma Variations, including the famous Nimrod variation, which has long been a centerpiece of British remembrance ceremonies.
