Leeds-born singer-saxophonist Parthenope brings her uplifting, jazz-rooted blend of soulful songwriting, improvisation and genre-spanning collaborations for a late-night set upstairs. Pairings of jazz influence with a love of songwriting create danceable music with introspective lyrics. Collaboration is central to Parthenope’s artistry, having recorded with artists such as Tom Misch, Celeste, and Gregory Porter. This performance is presented in collaboration with Women in Jazz, a UK-based platform championing and nurturing women through live events and creative programming.
